About Sarah Bello, LMT

Sarah is the owner and operator of Nepenthe Massage. She also works on the Palliative Care Unit at Strong Memorial Hospital providing patients and their loved ones with massage and reiki. Sarah graduated as the valedictorian of The Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage graduating class of 2019. Sarah knew from a young age that she wanted to provide healing and comfort to others. Sarah values the mind & body as a functional unit and strives to establish a healthy connection between each system. Sarah finds reward each time a client leaves relaxed and restored.

Sarah graduated from Ithaca College with a Bachelor of Science in Documentary Film and Anthropology. The human condition has always been her focus. Prior to becoming a massage therapist, Sarah lived in Los Angeles, California where she worked in the film industry. Sarah’s goal was to give a voice to the voiceless. Sarah worked with many accomplished producers, directors and artists. It was through this work experience, Sarah saw the need for healing both within herself and in others.

Sarah is a psychic medium that has been receiving messages from spirit since childhood. Her work with spirit has strengthened since becoming massage therapist and energy healer. She is honored to provide the gift of healing through spirit to those in need.
